            Do not use this place. They are liars. We were approved through ***** paid our (DOWN PAYMENT) to csra discount homes and was waiting on a appraisal. I messaged Mrs Mary for updates and she tells me the home has been sold. I can't upload the emails on here to expose this company but I can make a post on ******** and add my screen shots. Please go take a look before you decide to work with this company. Also go check out our reviews on ******. Please do not let them fool you the way they did us. They continue lying just look at their responses. Said we paid earnest money to hold a spot. Thats funny I have all the documents that prove otherwise that it was definitely a down payment. These people will get your hopes up don't even waste your time.

            CSRA Discount Homes represents private sellers, finance companies and several banks selling homes. Bank owned homes can not be taken off the market as the bank offers the homes through many agencies. Typically we recommend all cash sales for these types of homes but will assist our buyers with financing transactions. In this instance a cash sale was accepted by the bank selling the home. The buyer is at no risk and any deposits received are promptly refunded. We can, of course assist our buyers locate another suitable home as they do have finance approval.
