Gave no regard to handling water and erosion issues. When we requested warranty on homes that BTE landscaped our phone calls were not returned.
We have two homes in the ************ subdivision that need warranty work to be preformed. We have requested that Between the Edges preform their warranty in a timely manor and have yet to receive any effort on their part to resolve these issues.

We would like BTE to honor their commitment and fix the issues with each yard.

There are several issues that need to be brought forth about this complaint. First, the company complaining owes over $5,000 to Between the Edges. Numerous Invocies and statements plus an email were sent last summer (7/2012) to **** and *** ******** stating their balance and that warranty work would not be completed until the balance was paid. There was no response via email, in person, by check, or on the phone. The second issue is that ****** was contacted by ***** ************ manager for the *********) last month about issues on a wall constructed according to the builder(********) specifications and was told that *** needed to call ****** to move forward. A call was never received. No contact whatsoever was attempted by any of the ******** family by phone, email, or in person. The third issue is that the propertie(s) in question are past the normal one year warranty, therefore despite the other problems, an out of warranty property would have to be estimated before work could move forward.

Consumer's Final Response
The business needs to follow through with warranty to address standing water issues and concerns. The drainage is not properly set up given the slope of the property and will not effectively drain water off the property.

As stated in the previous response, we are owed money by the company complaining and the properties are well beyond the one year warranty. Furthermore, we did not do the clearing or lot grading for the properties in question therefore the complaint he has does not need to be with Between the Edges.
