    This complaint is for the Aiken location that changed to Max Fitness (Wasn't able to search neither for complaint). I went a full month trying to cancel my account due to relocation (I was over ** miles out of the radius to be transferred) and was going in circles because the manager refused or had excuses on not speaking to me. Emails wasn't sent back on time and I had to keep calling and sending things. At first it they said I would have owed them to cancel my account but after so many issues with communication with them the manager agreed to fully cancel my account with no charges; there was supposed to be documentation sent to my email reflecting the changes and she said to give it a few weeks (This was over the phone before they changed over to Max Fitness). I never received anything and I now have a collection agency calling about a collection of over $****, and someone telling me there was never a documentation over what went on for my account. At the time I had relocated to **** ******* ***** ******** ** *****. I was there only for a few months and couldn't travel to the Aiken gym, especially when they kept closing early and not doing 24/7
