    **** 2023 they serviced our washer. They did not go a test cycle and did not connect a hose inside washer which led to water flooding our laundry room, kitchen, hall, bathroom and part of bedroom. After drying floors they were called and said they would return after a service call. The original work was done by owner, David Rawlins and another employee. The other employee came back and said it was their error that caused flooding because they didn’t do cycle check and connect water hose. Mr Rawlins told my husband they would reimburse us for the industrial fans and dehumidifier we rented for 2 days which was just over $300.00 and they would send someone to fix laminate flooring that was damaged. We waited over a month without any follow up. When we called him back on his cp, texted him and emailed his work and called his office, there was no response. The office would not answer our calls unless we called from a number they don’t recognize. It’s been over 2 months with no response. We paid a copay for the service through our home warranty.

    This appliance repair company does not honor their 30 day warranty nor return phone calls when the same problem exists with the appliance after they "supposedly" fixed it.

    Went to customers house 10/25/21 to check w/m for HF error code. The error code stands for a bad pressure switch, at that time the pressure switch wasn't available so **. ******* went out and cleaned the pressure hose and re-secured the pressure hose to the pressure switch and also checked all connections on board and pressure switch. Customer was charged $110 for the trip charge which is warranted for 30 days. Customer was only charged for trip charge for 10/25/21 visit. **. ******* expressed that if this didn't fix the issue she would need a pressure switch to fix the problem. Customer called back 11/30/21 and let us know she was having the same issue as before. The office rescheduled her for recheck without knowing she needed a part ordered and **. ******* had to inform the customer that we needed to order a part for the machine and that we would not be able to come out until part came in. Office called customer with estimate of repair and was quoted $107.48 for the repair. (Labor- $20 Part- $81 Sales tax- $6.48 = $107.48) Customer ok'd estimate and is currently waiting on part. Customer was charged labor because on 10/25/21 visit labor was not charged.

    Part ordered 12/5 from *** appliance per Will. They did not receive until 1/11. Will called and scheduled to replace it 1/14/22 12 noon to 5 PM. I called Rawlins Appliance at 1 PM to confirm with Will I was on their apt schedule today. He confirmed. The technician never called. Did not show up. It is 5:10 pm. I have been without the use of my ****** washer over 6 weeks and was not given priority scheduling to replace the part given the original repair was insufficient to correctly fix the problem.

    Repair tech arrived 7 PM on 1/14/22. (apt was noon -5 PM), washer repaired. Could not explain why my calls were not returned but said you'll look into it.
