I have a Hino truck that needed some repairs, on September, 2022 I bring it to Lakeland Florida Kenworth. This was the worse decision ever. On 9/20/2022 the Invoice Total of $2,955.24. On 9/24 the bill goes to $3,214.27 as some other things needed to get repaired. On 9/27/2022 the bill goes higher $5,581.03 So at this point I asked the manager ********************* if after this everything will be repaired, and she said yes, that is all and truck will be running good. After expecting my truck back running in good conditions I received a call from **** on 10/04 to tell me there's something else wrong with the truck to the point is not drivable and the cost went higher $9,097.08. keep in mind the truck was running when I brought it there. On 10/27/2022 the repair cost goes to $25,817.98 as now they said the motor needed to be re-built. All this time the "certified mechanic" is guessing what is wrong with my truck, In the moment of desperation because I'm loosing a lot of money, I told them to go ahead and fix it and **** said everything will be all fixed the truck will be running like new, on 11/12/2022 I end up paying for the repair $27,194.17. On 12/27/2022 the truck starting to have the same issues so on 12/29/2022 I took the truck back. The same "certified mechanic" checks in the truck and he says is the Turbo and that's why is losing power and that had nothing to do with the motor, they gave me a quote of $4,500 and said that was the only thing wrong with the truck, so I go ahead and approved the repair, the turbo gets repaired and then on 12/30/2022 **** calls me and says the truck is not drivable again..... because now is something wrong with the transmission. I thought I was bringing my truck to certified mechanic and trustworthy repair shop, but I was wrong, this mechanic is guessing the diagnostic on my truck and is costing me a lot of money. I need assistance on this matter because at this point I will have to seek legal advise if there no resolution.
