      I would like to bring to your notice that I had already communicated my wish to cancel my membership back in December 2022. I sent a cancellation letter last year and never received a response. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication as I did not receive any acknowledgment or response from your end regarding the same. This lack of communication led me to express my concerns via a review/complaint in May 2023. For your reference, I have attached a copy of the cancellation letter sent last year. Please review it and kindly acknowledge receipt of the same. I understand that the cancellation process takes 30-45 business days. Now that it is clear that my intent to cancel has been communicated, I would appreciate it if the process could be expedited given the delay that has already occurred. I look forward to resolving this matter amicably and receiving confirmation of the cancellation of my membership with both FVV Club and RCI.

      They charge people without leaving a time to respond and contact number. . Automatic reply machine never gives any contact number . Even you leave messages and emails,get no response .

      Now that we have found out who gave us this review. This is a club member that has been a member of our points travel club since 2017 receiving points yearly upon membership renewal. Our membership renewal is due by January 1st each year regardless of usage. This information can be found in her contract on the page Consumer Disclosure Acknowledgment. Our yearly fee information for payment is from on our website all year long. We send out a courtesy notice by mail and by email each year in October. Failure to get a notice, we are not responsible for. 

      On 1/16/23- we emailed an account closing notice to this member because there was no payment for 2023 points. On 1/17/23, member called the Front Desk line & left a voicemail on the wrong extension. She also emailed us that very same day. Of which her emails regarding payment was replied back to her! Infact, when RCI blocks an account starting a year out, they too send emails out to member regarding account is blocked for upcoming points. 

      Below you will find our email but to the member. WE ALSO ALLOW THIS MEMBER TO PAY THE ON-TIME AMOUNT AND WAIVE THE LATE FEES. Our office was nice to this member by contacting her before the account closed and we waived the $30 late fee.
      Now we get this review against us with untruthful information!

      Our records show that you have been a member since 2017 and should be aware that all notices are a courtesy. 
      Throughout the year the upcoming renewal information can be found on a website. We also email several reminders of renewal payment. 

      Here is the email breakdown:
      12/4/21- emailed you to advise you we received your 2022 dues payment and that you were blocked for 2023 points (RCI also sends out an email)
      9/10/22- emailed you to advise you that 2023 points are blocked (RCI also sends out an email)
      10/1/22- emailed you official reminder of the 2023 renewal payment
      Official notification by mail was sent on 10/4/22. Unfortunately, we cannot control the United States Postal Service and any of their deliveries. 

      We would advise you to please add our email address ******************** to your email address book so that you do not miss any more important notifications from us. 

      In the past, we do see that you have paid us on-time. Therefore, at this time, we will waive the late credit card fee this one time. Attached, please find a credit card authorization form. Please complete the form and email it back to us so that we can manually run the payment for you.
