Complaint My daughter and I were vacationing in Orlando, Fl from July 2-July X XXXX. On July 4, 2015, we had gone to Sea World via hotel shuttle service. We took the Diamond Cab back to the hotel which was Hilton Garden 5877 American Way Orlando, Fl. I had seen the sign saying International Drive at next signal, which the hotel is located off of. The driver drove past the street and went a much further distant, causing the fee to be a lot more. I had asked the driver if he knew where he was going and he started cursing at me saying that he "has been driving a ************* cab etc..." I called the cab company and the rep. stated that the manager would return my fee. I had provided my mailing address and phone number. It has been a week so and I had not received anything. Business Response I have reviewed the customer's complaint, and have spoken with the driver concerned. Our drivers are courteous and provide a professional service.It is hard to believe that that our driver would have Cursed at the lady and have used " has been driving a Exletive cab etc". This is not how they are trained, however, as a courtesy to the customer, a request for a refund was sent to accounts payable, and with the holidays, it had taken a little longer than usual to process. The customer should have already received her refund, and this should be the end of the matter.
Diamond Cab Company prides itself on providing a courteous, friendly and professional service to all our customers. The kind of behaviour by our drivers as alleged by the customer is not tolerate by the company.
