Complaint
Purchased a bathroom mirror(70 X 42 6-25-14, when the mirror was hung noticed a scratch in the center of the glass. Notified Dixie Glass, they refused to replace or repair. Spoke with ***** and was told the manager **** would be calling me back. I have not received a call back from anyone at Dixie Shower Doors.

I would like the mirror replaced.

We have spoken to the above complaintant and have explained to him
that once the product leaves out warehouse we are not responsible for any damage to it.
All materials are to be inspected upon leaving our building we have offered Mr. *******
a discount on a replacement and have not heard back from him. We have spoken to our
employees and they both inspected the mirror before it was loaded into his vehicle.
Because we want to satisfy our customers Mr. ****** can call our office and let us know
the size of the mirror he says was scratched and we will replace it at no charge he will
have to pick it up and bring back the scratched mirror . We will have him inspect it
before he leaves and sign the work ticket that it has been inspected and he is satisfied.
