This company has strung me along for over 4 months for warranty work on my roof. My ceiling has water damage, cracks and every time I call them, they give me excuses. They say things like they are switching to a new system, or my job hasn't been approved yet, or that they're really busy. This is despite the fact they have come out, walked on the roof, taken pictures and told me they will be back to fix it. Only they never came back.I have called them over and over again. I have asked to speak with managers. I have left ****** reviews. I have done everything in my power to get these people to come out and honor their work and they absolutely refuse to do anything about it. Despite the roof being under warranty.This company does not honor it's product or warranty guarantee at all. Which is incredible considering they write it into a bill of a sale. Isn't that illegal to put in writing that you will provide a warranty for a product, then sell it and NOT honor the warranty? I'm worried because my roof is within the warranty window for the time being and I can't get anyone to do anything about it. What's going to happen if they string me along to the point where it's NO longer under warranty?Meanwhile my family and I suffer the anxiety of wondering how badly our roof is going to leak, every single time it rains, which as you know happens a lot in *******. And it's happened A LOT over the past 4 months.I am at the end of my rope here and I desperately need help. PLEASE I have never used the BBB before in my entire life and I'm begging you to please put this company in their place.I have read so many ****** reviews describing the exact same experience as my own. People who have to fight tooth and nail to literally keep the roof over their heads in tact. All because this company simply does not care.They never return calls or emails or voicemails. It's an absolute scam.
