On Aug. 25, 2021 I rented a home located at Brentwood Lakes, *****************************************************. It appeared as a standard lease agreement but that was far from the truth.The AC broke down the first week. REMAX elite did not answer to the work order and I had to pay $300 to get it repaired. The agent *************************** and the owner from ********, ** ************************* and ***************************** did not want to pay me. Under the premise that the law does not require Landlords to provide AC even though the Lease agreement stated that AC repairs were Landlord's responsibility. It took quite a bit of effort to keep *************************** and ************************* from taki my money.Their biggest Hustle was to not take care of the lawn even though it was part of their lease agreement. They would let it go so I would have to pay and then they would use the clause that says the landlord would not reimburse anything less than 150. REMAX Elite abandon the house. I asked the Delmonts for their permission to hire someone and they approved. but did not tell REMAX elite. ******* promised to pay and didn't, he hid and did not keep his word. Instead sent *************************** from Remax elite to trespass and tell me that he didn't have to pay me. These people are deceitful and dishonest.They did not disclose that the community shuts down the internet to reboot at nite. I worked graveyard and it impacted me to the point of loosing a contract in March of 2022. ************* say that they do not disconnect 911 calls but they do not say that you can not make any. They listed the house as Waterfront. It was not waterfront it was an Aqueduct that only filled about 10 days a year and the rest of the time looked like an excavation with mud, weeds, and unusual reptilians coming out of the big huge black opening. Which is the view from the kitchen of this house and also the patio. IT WAS A BLATANT DISREGARD FOR THE ****** THERE IS NO WATERFRONT...ITS AN EMPTY SWAMP THAT FILLS WHEN IT RAINS ONLY, THEN IT DR
