    During My Stay at The Boardwalk Inn and Suites , On June 17 2022 at 10:30pm , a Man Barged into Our Locked Room 310 , Why My Wife and I Were Undressed, To Learn it was what Front Desk said was a Maintenance Man , I Notified and Filed a Complaint with the Daytona Beach Police Department, After the Incident My Wife and I didn't Feel Safe causing Us to Checkout/Leave a Day Early on June 20th 2022

    We have never been treated so horribly at an establishment before ever. It began at checking. My mom, my sister, my niece and I was visiting Daytona for our college homecoming The front desk clerk was acting like she was irritated and she was very rude. Later on I found out her name is Stacy ******* manager. Mom explained to her that we have 2 cars for the room and we need parking decals for both. She said there's one decal per room. My mom said that we need 2. She says there's free parking on the street. My mom said no we would prefer to have a decal so it won't be any problems. She said for another parking pass it's 25.00 a day. My mom told her ok that's fine. She then turned away rudely from my mom and proceeded to talk to another guest. So.. we parked and everything was fine. Fast forward to the next day. We just sat down for the football game and my mom gets a call from the hotel to tell us the car was towed. The first question was why wouldn't you call me to let me know there's a problem because you know we're staying there. You know we from out of town and you know we had a conversation about the 2nd car so if there was any mixup a telephone call would have fixed the problem. Instead you get the car towed. Well.. couldn't really enjoy ourselves after that. After the game we went to the hotel.. everyone at the front desk acting like they don't know anything. The attitude of the clerks even the manager was an "I don't care" attitude and a "oh well" attitude. We felt like it was very vindictive and we felt single out. As my mom explained to the clerk and supervisor on duty that night that she told the lady at the desk that we had another car and to add the 25.00 day. The girl said oh it wasn't in the computer. My mom said that's not my fault the lady didn't put it in the computer. To make matters worst it was a rental car so it could not be released back to us. It had to be released back to **********. This situation made our stay a nightmare
