The worst VA mortgage company we have ever dealt with out of the several other's we've used in a decade. We closed on 1/29/2021, and never were allowed to get the keys to the house until a few days later. Needless to mention, closing was scheduled for almost a month earlier than this date, but it kept getting delayed with and without reasons. Call their closing or underwriter department, and good luck having your calls returned.
The owner is an absentee and getting a hold of him on the phone requires God's miracles. They lie to you non-stop. Couple of times I had called myself, and the voicemail went to the owner's father, who supposedly initially started the company years ago. The father called me back the same day without a clue lol.
They always have different stories. they told us the VA said so and so, and we reached out to our contact in the VA system, and they said "we have no idea what you're talking about... this has been approved days/weeks ago".
The company has front desk people that "might" answer the phone, but then they get you into the loop of "good luck" kinda thing, even though they don't say it, but you'll learn it on your own. Our realtor, and the seller's, were the best and hard working parties in the process, but closing and funding with this company is a complete joke.

This company is absolutely not reliable, not worthy of your trust, time, or efforts. Get another company, even it will cost you a little extra. Believe me you'd be saving money and a lot other savings besides money!!!
The entire crew is highly UNPROFESSIONAL and have absolutely NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS. They have bunch of inefficient team (Patrick, Malcolm, Megan, Travis etc.) and worst of all is Patrick (supposedly the current owner) who doesn't even answer your call or call back.

Hi Melissa, I am sorry to hear that your experience was difficult when closing your home loan. We did speak many times during the process and even during the issues you had with your issues of wiring funds incorrectly to the wrong title company. The Texas Disaster issue wasn't anything we could control as this was a state-wide delay. I know our team strives to take care of each and every one of our clients with the utmost respect and urgency to their closings. The closing costs were for the typical closing costs. We did not change any lender fees on the loan from the start of the Loan Estimate and didn't charge you extra fees. I am so please that we were able to work through the financing issues that we ran into and got you and your family into your new home. I hope the best for you and your family.
