Complaint
Company that does not stand by its word. Poor service poor cuts far from perfect lawns
*** cut yard for about two months and has been nothing but problems. When they cut yard they broke a few yard lightnings in my yard and failed to tell me. Advised *** about it and he showed no concern. Following that noticed patches in yard that he failed to cut. Last strike *** came to cut yard and weed eated three olants of mine that are clearly plants advised *** who said he will replace all three and never did. Called customer line and left message to call asap never received a call back. Poor customer service would not recommend even if cuts were free

Desired Settlement
Replace plants like said and lights and refund two months of yard payments.

we have replaced the plants.We have been servicing his yard and he has never called me about any problems other then the light in which he asked me to trim his bushes because we damaaged a light,so we did trim his bushes,and he never showed me any damage light.As far as patches not being cut a few weeks ago we were not able to cut his back yard because the mower was leaving track because of all the rain.I did lt him know we were going to cancel his lawn service because we gave him a price to cut his lawn year round for $80.00 per month and now he wanted to pay a per cut charge.As far as not calling him,he texted me about the plants and I texted him back and said I would replace the plants within a couple of weeks because my dad was very sick and which he did pass away and would do as soon as i returned to florida and i did as soon as i returned to florida and text him that the plants were done and he text back and said thank you.I feel asking for 2 months refund is aprox 9 cuts in which is unfair being he never called me about any bad cuts.We give a very good price and provide a very good service

I will not remove the remarks as I feel consumers need to be aware of this poor business and not fall into the problem I am having know. I currently have had to pay a yard company that js reliable to clean up the mess this company has done. I demand the refund of lights,plants,and refund of monies paid. I will not accept any other offer at this time nor do I want to hear from or see this company on my property. My demand stands I feel they owe me for the problems I have had thus far.
