Recently called in Service master restore in Ormond Beach Florida to clean and wipe down a apartment. Nothing was wiped down disinfected. The nail strips they agree'd to remove was removed but the residue was left back making a bigger mess than it was to start. Nothing was cleaned up.
I after a lot of back and forth trying to rectify it to a mutual agreement, via emails. I offered to pay them for equipment usage and materials but they fought long and hard for $882 on a job that wasn't done right at all. I paid them the little pieces of paper they begged for.
The owner Todd ****** threatened to put a lien on the property and got very out of control with threats for full payment. He was not willing to compromise and take responsibility for a job not done right or a offer to make it right or compromise.
I put everything in email to document everything, took pictures and video or before and After. They didn't care about it any of it. Do not use them at all, you're better doing it yourself.
