              I paid to take an online assessment for a DUI class and the instructor was not able to see me, so I had to reschedule the assessment for another day. I was rescheduled for the assessment on May 3rd and accidently logged into the wrong class. After clicking on the link at 2:45 for a 3PM start time and waiting to begin I realized there must be a problem. I called Sunshine Safety Council and the representative told me that she would call the office where the instructor was and would call me back. I didn't receive a call for 19 minutes so I called back again which is when I was told that the instructor marked me down as a no show and that I would have to schedule to do the assessment again and pay an additional $75. This was the second time I scheduled the assessment. My assessment was scheduled for 3PM and I called the rep. at 3:05PM there was no understanding given to me and I believe that charging me an additional $75 for this assessment is harsh when I contacted their office for help.
