Complaint I cancelled their service, within two weeks. My credit card was charged $998, someone said I would be getting a refund. Never received anything. I received a phone call from this stating the were debt solution company. They would be able to help with my situation, they charged me $998 for their services that I cancelled within two weeks.I Wanted a refund after they signed me up for another credit card that I did not want. I've spoken to so many customer services agent,a floor and a supervisor said I would be refunded, I've never recieve a credit back on my visa card. When I call they hang up or disconnect the call. They did nothing for me but take $997 and cause more debt,I don't know how they were able to have access to all my information. and apply for another credit card without my permission. I wanted help with getting out if debt.I've been trying to get a refund from this company for almost three years.

Complaint I was contacted by phone by a credit card debt service company on 9/1/11. They promised to negotiate deals with my current credit card lenders that would help me pay off my debt 3-5 times faster. If they saved me a guaranteed minimum of $3500.00 then they would charge me $1998.00 for their services. This information was given to me by *** ******** in the verification department, representative ID ****. She gave me Customer Service Tel. # XXX-XXX-XXXX and asked me to pick a security question. She told me they had a refund policy, gave me a contract # XXXXX and passed me on to an advisor ***** ********. We talked about all my credit card accounts; out of the 7 active accounts I have, he only contacted Citibank. He had reasons for not choosing the other accounts, (store cards won't negotiate, other interest rates were low and he wouldn't be able to reduce them, etc.) we contacted Citibank and my account was changed to another card with lower interest and the balance of $323 was transferred. The advisor said he would contact me on 9/6/11 if he was able to work with any of the other accounts. He never called. When I received my statement later that month from Citibank; the charge for $1998 was on my bill. AWD XXX-XXX-XXXX Mesa,AZ was the description. I contacted the debt services company and spoke with ****** ******. He promised me a refund for the processing fee I was charged because the company had not saved me the minimal amount of savings guaranteed. After waiting the 2-3 weeks for the refund to show; I contacted the debt company and they said a ****** ****** no longer worked there and a manager would be in touch. I never have been contacted by the company. I reported the unauthorized charge to Citibank on 10/24/11. They will not remove the charge. I contacted AWD; they are a customer service company for the debt services company and filed a report with them. I continue to make calls and try to recover my money, but cannot get any further.
