First photo is taken from underneath the vehicle (which at time of purchase could not be seen. The first picture shows a softball size debt to the right corner and a baseball size dent to the left corner. The second photo is taken from the actual compartment of the vehicle inside and shows a dent which doesn't allow the latch on the compartment to close properly. (Which was hidden by a floor mat placed by the dealership) The third photo is from under the vehicle again which shows due to impact it had lifted the compartment causing the vehicle floor to crack at the seal.

Desired Settlement
Resolution I am seeking is a replacement for my purchase. A vehicle that has not been damaged prior to purchase as this one has been. Vehicles value depreciate as it is coming off the lot and with prior damage to the vehicle the value has dropped even more. If knowing the damage was there we would have never purchased this vehicle.

I have spoken with Ms.***** and encouraged her to bring the Journey in for a service appointment, we had scheduled for July 11 to correct any issues she may have had with her car. She took her Journey to one of our Sister Stores in Winter Haven and they Put her in a rental car and have corrected her complaints and are waiting for her to pick up. Her soon to be husband was in the store on Friday the 8th and we set up the appointment to repair on July 11th. At no time did we say or indicate that we would not take good care of her situation. As another key point we have a process in place at the time of delivery where we go over the car with the customer and have them sign a Pre Delivery report which they did and I have attached in the Browse Area.
