I must say this team at Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg are the most disrespectful and deceiving business i have ever walked in to. These people only care about the sale and nothing more. There was no customer service, no care in the world in regards to my interaction. A long story shorty, i called over the phone to inquire about a car that i was given by true car. Supposably a service were your price is guaranteed no matter what. Well for this dealer that is not true. I spoke to the gm and he gave me a set of numbers that i was some what ok with. Before my 2 hour drive there i ask him "Am i waisting my time". He told me no that he will promise to take care of me and no worries that he will do everything in his power to give me more then what was said over the phone. So I took the drive from South Kissimmee with my 10 year old to Leesburg. When i arrived i was rushed in there. I was pushed threw 3 sales people just because of the time. All they were worried about was going home and getting me out of there. So when i was finally sitting with the sales person they wanted all my information, which is understandable but they didn't want it to know me, they wanted to stick me in the rear. They were going to run my credit and finalize me deal before i even saw numbers and before i saw the car. Once i stopped them they started to get up set. I demanded to see the car, to see the number and ask for some respect. Once i started that there attitude change. At that point they knew this wasn't my first expense.After that the sales lady put me with another guy because she was leaving. In doing so she erased all her information and all the other information from everyone else from the system and gave the deal to another guy. Which I'm pretty sure is unethical. She told me not to say anything because she wanted to help the guy out. Any ways from there they tried to stick me with a 5000 over what i was told and cut away all discount and rebated Hyundai offered. From there i was furious. I ask to speak to the GM and no where to be found. They then sat we with the finance manager who was the most disrespectful person i ever met. He was yelling at me at the top of his lungs. Me in him got into an aurgment so loud you can hear us out side. He told me to basically go** my self and he doesn't care my business is not important and he'll get someone else to buy the car. So from there i left. All in all i never ever have been treat like this by a business. especially one who is looking to pay 25k for a car. My suggestion go some where else. I will be getting in contact with Hyundai's corporate team to report unethical sales reporting. Also i will be contacting true car to report that there deal was not honored. Finally I will be writing a letter to the CEO of Hyundai and reporting this matter.
