Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns: All returns of merchandise must be pre-approved by seller and shipped back to the manufacturer within 3 days of receipt. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight and handling charges. No returned merchandise shall be received by the seller without prior authorization from the seller.

Warranty: No oral or statutory or implied warranties other than of title shall apply to the merchandise sold by the seller to the purchaser. All electronic parts carry a one year warranty. Shipping costs of any under warranty merchandise returned for repair will be the responsibility of the purchaser. After the repair is completed, the seller will pay the cost to return the merchandise back to the purchaser.

Refunds: All sales of custom designed and personalized signs, including any color or font change to any stock neon or led sign is final. If you have placed a custom order with us and change your mind please contact us immediately. If the customized sign is not yet in production, you will be refunded the entire amount of the item.

Neon glass breakage & LED breakage is NOT covered under your warranty once the item is delivered in good condition, however all electronic components and power transformers are fully covered for one year. If it is determined that there is a break in your neon or LED and wish to get it repaired, call us for instructions on returning the item. Once we receive it you will be contacted with a repair price for your approval before we proceed to make any repairs. Purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs if the repair is not covered under warranty.

In no event shall the seller be liable for consequential, special, incidental, punitive or contingent damages of any nature. In no event shall seller be liable for any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, injury to business or reputation. The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price.

Additional terms: All California residents must pay 7.75% sales tax. All purchasers within the contiguous United States must pay an additional fee for shipping, depending on the size and weight of the package. Purchasers from Alaska, Hawaii, and International need to contact us to determine the most cost effective and timely manner in which to ship merchandise to their location.

We use UPS and FedEx Ground for all our standard shipping. If you need to have your sign shipped next day, contact us to place your order. Other shipping carriers may also be used for large orders to keep shipping costs down.
