Complaint
On 9/25/2014 we ordered and prepaid for product with a promised 24 hour delivery.
We received a partial shipment. There was no notification regarding the rest of the product that we ordered, prepaid and expected to receive. I personally called and emailed several times. We never received a return phone call or a reply to our emails. ALL phone calls went to a voice mail which I left messages requesting a return phone call.

The total refund should have been $114.75. Today we received a partial refund of $83.85 with a balance of $30.90 still due.

I tried calling and again, went to voice mail.

Desired Settlement
A refund for $30.90 plus half the shipping cost of $4.90.

Order placed on XX-XX-XXXX for $19.45. Company says the order was shippind on 12-03-2013. It was never delivered. No response to emails/or phone calls
Two issues with this company. My order placed on XX-XX-XX for $19.45 #ABXXXXX. Company says it was shipped on XX-X-XX along with another order for $17.54, #AB3024, placed through their sister company, simplecigs.com. That order was delivered on XX-X-XX but the order for $19.45 #ABXXXXX was never delivered. That order also included a request that they replace a defective adapter $2.50 from a previous order that was placed on XX-XX-XX #ABXXXXX.
I've made numerous attempts to contact them through multible emails and phone messages to try and get this issue resolved but have received no response from either. All payments were made by Visa credit card. I just want what I ordered or a refund but if they do not respond I can't resolve anything with them.

Desired Settlement
A replacement adapter to replace the defective one and fulfillment of the order placed in good faith. If they aren't willing to do that then I would request that they refund my money for both items. $19.45 for order #ABXXXXX + $2.50 for the adapte, total $21.95
