Complaint
The car listed on website did not come in the Trim as advertised. Employee didn't seem to care that was inaccurate.
The listing of the 2014 Toyota Prius C Four is incorrect/fraudulent at http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/inventorylisting/viewDetailsFilterViewInventoryListing.action?sourceContext=carGurusHomePage_false_0&entitySelectingHelper.selectedEntity=d2127&zip=XXXXX#listing=XXXXXXXX

The car is NOT a 2014 Toyota Prius C FOUR but probably a ONE or TWO. This information was given to the dealership yesterday, 11/28/2014 and as of this post, it has not been updated on the website. The person we spoke didn't seem to care or mind that they had the wrong listing because it was not a Ford.

Desired Settlement
Reimbursement of time and gas spent driving 60 miles to the dealership. In addition, update the website.

This was a posting error by our website company. Since then, the issue has been corrected. From time to time, these issues do occur and we try to correct them as swiftly as we possibly can. We would not be opposed to reimbursing Mr. ******** for his fuel that he used to make the trip to the dealership.

I appreciate the consideration of the cost of gas to reach the location, but our time was the most wasted resource. The girlfriend and I spent three hours round trip to travel 60 miles due to traffic. Each of us make around $30 an hour, which would come to $180 of wasted time (2 people x $30 an hour x 3 hours) and the gas cost would be about $16 (2002 PT cruiser with avg mpg of 22 and gas at $3 per gallon). I would be willing to comprise with a reimbursement about half of the combined total of $100. While I understand mistakes happen, the employee we dealt with lacked of empathy, which created the impression that the mistake was not major issue and made both of us feel worse about the long trip. In addition, we felt like we were tricked into coming to the location. Please let me know if you consider the compensation of $100 for our time and expenses to be fair.
