My window tint was damaged by the manager while trying to find the problem with the window.
I took my car back for follow up warranty work. This shop offered a life time warranty on the work. The kayaker **** came out and started rolling down my driver side window which I was havering problems with. I asked him not to roll it up because it would further damage the track and damage the window. He continued to operate the window until I put me hand on the glass and again asked he to stop. During this he scratched the window tint on the glass and then told me he didn't do it. He then said to me that I was getting anything from them and nice try. He looked at me and said (GET YOUR CAR OUT OF HERE AND DONT COME BACK WE DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS). This is totally unprofessional and not called for. I have used this company for several repair on my cars in the past. One of the repairs totaled over $11,000. I am ok with them not fixing the window if it's not under warranty but the damaged caused by an employee that just won't listen to the customer and then getting an attitude to cover up a mistake is unforgivable behavior from anyone including the owners son. The name of the shop is Faith to indicate they are religious and do the right thing. This is just wrong by anyone's standard and at the very least they owe me window tint and an apology for the bad behavior for a person who thinks he can say or do what he wants to because his family owes the place.

We regret the unfortunate interaction regarding Mr. *******. We did inspect the window operation and found a regulator failure along with a misaligned door glass. The regulator is a wear item and not covered under our warranty. specifically because we never replaced the regulator in question.
Although we made an effort to explain to Mr. ******* that the damaged regulator and misaligned door glass caused the damage to the tint long before we inspected the vehicle. He insisted. He then became verbally profane directed towards me. I then told him to leave and that we would not help him at all.
Mr. ******* is not entitled under any provision of our warranty for the problem he is encountering with his vehicle.

The main reason for the unpleasant interaction in the first place, was the fact that **** insinuated that the glass was already scratched before he touched the car and thought that I was trying to pull something over on faith quality autobody. The fact of the matter is that they did replace the controller arm inside the door. The problem with the control arm occurred because of faulty installation of the parts that they did transfer from the old door to the new door. screws have backed out and they have a lifetime warranty on service and parts which this is part That they serviced. It's not unreasonable to think that a door window should roll down for the life of the car this is not a wearable part as he claims I talked to my insurance company and they will reopen the claim and handle this through the insurance company at this point. ****'s response is based on him trying to cover his ****. The rude and unsatisfactory customer service I received that day is absolutely uncalled for and should never be demonstrated to any customer at any business for any reason. I am absolutely fed up with the lies that this company continues to deliver to cover their **** on the situation they should be stepping up and covering in the first place.
