I had numerous brand new parts installed on vehicle by the business in question. Many of the parts were improperly installed or damaged in the process. After attempting to remedy the situation numerous times with the business, the owner Brandon, began to make excuses that were contradictory to evidence: soapy water air-leak tests, physically damaged parts, improper function of electrical devices, installation of wrong parts (that they purchased), physical leaks of oil and coolant. All parts with “problems were replaced with new and the business created more problems after installing these items. Notification of any damage caused during install or “test drives” was never relayed to me as a customer. One drive on my commute to work the next day typically exposed all short comings of all repairs. Not only did I lose out on thousands of dollars in rental costs, I am also left with having to replace brand new parts that the business damaged while at their business. This does not account for the many hours of labor I paid (without complaint) for them to fix their own mistakes. Upon reaching my limit with patience, I attempted to speak Brandon and was blown off. I called back days later and tried to develop a solution with three scenarios to resolve this issue: reimburse me for the repairs done by another shop, refund my money for the repairs performed and not fixed, or I can bring my vehicle in one last time between August 6 to be done no later than August 16th and if the repairs still exist to get full reimbursement for remaining repairs. I stated that this was my last attempt or I would be left with no choice but to report to the Better Business Bureau. Fifteen minutes after my call, the secretary called me and said “Brandon said to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau”. I explained that “ I didnt expect anything less”. I would like to seek reimbursement for labor on items that are still not repaired or have them repaired by a qualified repair shop.
