This company’s employees are completely rude, disrespectful, and literally the most inconsiderate I’ve ever dealt with. The woman was blonde with an arm tattoo. She played with her hair the whole entire time and was so rude, it was like she was happy to see people in a tough situation. She lied to tell me her name was Tiffany and she was the manager and all of the other staff employees were in on it and did not give me a name for their manager nor did they give it for the employee. When I asked for names, the employees said “for what”. My car was towed here and I had proof of all of my ownership and they lied and said they didn’t see any paper work in my glove box and I know for a fact it was inside. They brought me back my keys and said it’s nothing they can do, AFTER I paid them $350 to release the car. I have never experienced something so frustrating. They sent me to the DMV to get them proof of registration that was already inside of the vehicle just so they can make my day harder and that’s not just it after threatening me through the window, referencing me as “you people” as I am a person of color which was completely racist as a Latina woman. I couldn’t believe they way I was being treated from the moment I walked up to the window til the moment I paid, til she stuffed all of my paperwork through the window and told me she would not help me. This company is absolutely unethical and I just don’t see how this business is still running. There has to be a way to file a suit against them.
