At this point we were waiting for government to process returns. On Jan 27th our attorney "Called CO dept of revenue with customer on the phone. We were able to set up a payment plan for $106.00 each month to put toward the past tax debt. Payment is due Feb 26th of each month. Resolving back taxes can take more than a year to resolve depending and can not move forward without all of the proper signed documents and is dependent on the IRS processing the tax returns.
