I am only leaving a one star because I don’t have another option. I would leave negative stars if I could. This company has service my poor for almost 4 years. Several times their workers have left my gate open. I never had the foresight to know that this would ultimately result in the death of my dog. On October 26, 2021 this company sent a Murderer to my home. When Aaron C****** arrived to my residence he left the side gate open while he serviced my pool. My 16-year-old Yorkie got out of the yard. Aaron took it upon himself to try and get my Yorkie back and bring him to the front door. Unfortunately No one was home. Aaron then took my dog to the side yard and instead of just placing him down and closing the gate, he tried to actually put him through the doggie door that was off the side garage. When my dog nipped him Aaron became angry and decided to strangle my dog instead. He killed him. Then he dumped his body in the trashcan that was out by the curb. He also manipulated the trash to cover my dogs body in the trashcan. By the time we realized my dog was missing and watch the videos early that evening, the trash service had already came and taken the garbage can away. My little boy was gone forever. The company pure water pools was completely uncooperative with the police investigation. Initially they avoided calls from the police officer all together. They would say the owner wasn’t available and refused to give the police officer the owners contact information. At one time one of the owners, Suzanne Y*******, even answered the phone and acted like she wasn’t an owner, instead telling him the owner was in a meeting and she didn’t want to disturb him. When the police department finally got in touch with the owner he then refused to give him the employees full name or phone number so that he could be questioned. Even after the employee turned himself into the police and completely confessed, this company has still yet to contact me to say a word. They are an absolutely disgusting company and deserve to go under. Nobody should be allowed to stay in business and treat customers this way. Just from a human point of view, they should have done more. Do not use pure water pools!! If you have them, cancel them!
