            ********************* (Azul Pools) was contracted to build our pool. Our permit came through on April 7th and per our contract the pool was supposed to be done in two - three weeks. At one point we tried to get out of our contract because the construction failed inspection/****** neglected to call for another inspection/we couldn't get ahold of him.The issue is the shotcrete (concrete) that was done on our pool. The second batch was too wet and they added accelerant. An engineer has reviewed the work and the recommendation is that the entire pool be demo'd. The shotcrete is cracking, you can see areas of dirt that were not covered and it easily chips off with a hammer.Demo cost is $15K and the cost of a new pool is over $50K. We have paid ********************* $52K.
