      Item was not as advertise and was false advertisement. It was a scam posing as an auction. It stated the item was near brand new. Upon purchasing, it was badly damage and I refused to accept the item. They refuse to refund me. This company is a scam posing as a legit company.

      Scam watch out If I can leave zero stars, I would all the items they post pictures of are Fake from online the second and third picture is usually what you're buying. After I complained about it, they told me I should've came and looked at it I told them I did and it was in good shape. The problem is, the workers when they're taking it out to the car, they break it because they are careless with the items and then they harass you for a tip. After us making a complaint regarding broken items that the workers broke they blocked us entirely. Save your money and buy it from the store you're going to end up paying the same amount they add on tax and also a buyers premium of 15%. When picking up your items and it is broken you are still forced to take it. If you do not pick it up, they will ship it to your house for a ridiculous additional shipping cost.

      This customer wrote this because he fraudulently purchased items under different name as they are not allowed to purchase due to problems in the past.  We did not release items because he failed to provide the needed Credit Card used for payment in his name with matching ID.  He then proceeded to cause a big scene in front of multiple other customers because he had to provide credit card and ID to pick up.  He got right in our workers face screaming.  We have multiple customer accounts as well as workers that were there that nothing this customer said is the truth..  Everywhere on our site it states that we require this,.  We also have a huge warning on our front page of site that states preview in mandatory however, that had nothing to do with yesterdays altercation.  After blocking his new account and not allowing him to pick up he decided to leave yet another post.  We have had multiple problems with him and his girlfriend in the past.  We ask that ******** ******** and ****** ******** stop trying to purchase anything from us.  Nothing in the above is true.We are considering filing a police report due to what happened with our worker to keep them away from our property.

      I was a paying customer for over a year soon as I made a complaint, they turned around and deactivated my account and telling me that if I want to come back, I have to erase my complaint and then they go ahead and make a good review. Which we have in writing you cannot deactivate somebody because they wrote a review after that we went ahead and purchased one more thing from them and we did not get all of our items we told them we did not get an item then they turned around and said you were no longer allowed back here. We’re shocked because we just were telling them we’re missing an item and we didn’t understand why they were so aggressive and just wanted to delete us.
