I have been charge around $300 and late fees because this company informs me the day before rent is due that there is a holiday and if I do not pay early then I will have to pay a late fee. A one day email is not enough time to change my direct deposit with this company. I’ve had been subjected to unsanitary living conditions. I constantly have issues where my toilet. I’m the past I have had about up to a week with no working toilet or properly working shower and was only offered around $150 off my rent. I constantly ask this company to come up with a long-term solution for my toilet , but they only fix it when it needs it. I have been without a working toilet over five separate times. I usually have to cancel work for people to come fix my facilities. This company constantly tries to blame the issues on me. I pay my rent on time every month, and I have paid all of my late fees that were not given enough notice to charge late fees. I would just like to live in an apartment that I pay rent for with working facilities. I also let this company know my screen door was not closing properly. They told me the screen door was working with the deadbolt. I tried to use the deadbolt and take a picture to show them that the screen door was off-center and I was locked in my apartment and had to leave out my window to go to work leaving my valuables subjected to theft due to an open window. I notified the company for over three weeks about the screen door. I have emails and documentation to show proof.
