Place is a dump here at Garden Gate Apartments Cheryle B*** is a fraud, a bully read her reviews, ghetto in all aspects, a slumlord who rejects, bullies, hates tenants who report issues yet supports all bad behavior “ ghetto tenants and someone who will disburse your name to other tenants to build animosity amongst each other , she told a tenant here **** ******* he then told the tenants that she was going to get certain people great tenants kicked out because they act fluffy and are annoying she also told him she would suck her family on another tenant named Matt and have them hurt him and destroy his cars and property condo … these are all facts so true that there is a report made against her for doing so look it up or give me a call Kenny stand up people or matters will never be handled with the ethics, moral respect and professionalism.

The above complaint is is retaliation to our firm reporting her harrassment to the owner of her unit. Garden Gate is a homeowner association that our firm manages. It is not an apartment complex. We do not deal directly with tenants of homeowners. We deal directly with owners and property management companies. Our firm has been in contact with the owner of this complainant's unit and they, too, have faced this same harrassment.

This HOA agent Cheryle B. and the other bullies in the office have plenty of reviews on google that match my review on here. This is by far retaliation, this is a right that we all have to publish as such because of the lack of ethics, integrity, respect, slumlordness at this location, disbursement of tenants names for reporting issues multiple times “ this makes Cheryle very upset” in doing so she retaliates by trying to get the good tenants out as she mentioned to another tenant here “ that she was trying to get flluffy out of here “ me” because she was tired of me “ malpractice for sure . The tenant she told this to is now taking James and Hendrix and the owner of one of these apartments to court for an assault caused by her tenant for which John and I had been reporting for the last year since they took over . Cheryle who runs the office also told John the key guy she was going to also get rid of another tenant and get her family to cause harm to him his family at the apartment and his property . On June 10 2023 after the assault two restraint orders were filed and judge order two stay away orders from the harassing tenant for which she never contacted their owner about ! But I did make contact with him and let him know of her unethical work and threats she has lied many many times claiming things that are just false to try to get me out of here. However; now her key guy here is suing owner of apartment, this company and tenants who we’ve been reporting all year long since they unfortunately took over since then it’s been a hot mess here . There was an arrest made regarding the assault with the tenants shes protected due to her being choosy and discriminative toward those that ask her to do her job right like “ my self “ read all reviews on google it’s en inevitable her demeanor and practices , her assistants work with her in all her wrong doings . NO BUSINESS SHOULD HIRE THIS CROOK AND TROUBLE MAKER ! I’ve had to let other private owners here know of her actions and abandonment here of property , she hates emails reporting things, she underperforms , she bullies those that do report or question her lack of abilities etccc…. John her key guy has also left reviews on google and that’s her pool key guy that she would make contact with so when she says she does not talk to tenants she lies…. Her disbursement of names to all tenants as to who reports what has caused animosity here and division she is a despicable worker and human. I have filed a police report against her for being the root of all evil causes here and have emailed her with the report ! She is a liar and a crook and so is the entire company. I’m a woman with an impeccable rental history and conduct here I’ve lived here 4 * years but since my new landlord / owner and this company took over last year it’s gone to **** both the root of the cause for all bad things and horrible conditions. James and Hendrix and employees especially Cheryle shame on you for lying and false advertisement all of your properties are a dump and unconventional to all . If I may post all reports I would and will . Do not rent we’re they manage or do business with her/ them James and Hendrix ! Thank you BBB
