Complaint: Shaved my dog. When given specific instructions Dropped off my dog at 8:00 am. Left specific instructions not to touch his mane, I wanted him to look like a little bear. They shaved him. I told ***, not to cut his legs to close, he mentioned something about poodle cut. Five hours later no call. I showed up to retrieve my dog, the girl tells me, we don't have a dog named Buster. I had already paid them, before they brought him our. He looked horrible. I told her I wanted my money back. A lady, (owners mother) stated we are not authorized to do that. My son will be back at 3:30. Come, 3:30, i called back *** answered, I explained how upset I was and he insisted that I had said I wanted a summer cut, when I had never even heard of a summer cut. I told him I wanted my $43.00 back, he said he couldn't do that but offered me $10.00 of my next grooming. Is he serious, does he really believe I would take my dog back to his business.
Desired Settlement: I just want my $43.00 back.
