            I paid for a full 7 treatments in 2023 and I have a lawn full of pua weed since December. When I notified weedman they took their time (2wks) to send a supervisor (****) out. **** assured me it was company's fault (having sprayed too late or technician not applying correctly). I was told they would send out an experienced tech to take care of the pua. A tech showed up (I assumed he was the experienced tech) but he was doing round 1 of 2024 season and not for pua. I was then text a bill for $69.15, when I called to ask about the charge, ****** informed me that the experienced tech had been sent out and i was not at home yet I never recieved a text, note or a chance to reschedule. I was frustrated and questioned wheather weedman was willing to take care of this problem ( as I understand is costly to them). I am very disappointed with weedman, I canceled the service and would not recommend them at all. It seemed I was getting the run around by this company. They were full of excuses and that was upsetting.
