They have an unskilled and dishonest person working there. I, ******** ****, brought my Omega watch to get the dead battery changed. Raul M******** changed it while I and my husband were waiting at the Indio store on April 10, 2023. I noticed the watch doesn't go perfectly after a few hours. I thought he might replace a battery, not good quality, accidentally. I didn't bother to complain to the store because I planned to travel back home, Canada, in two days after staying 5 months in Indio. I claimed the service fee, $35, through my bank on April 21. I brought my wrist watch to TimeMaster in Abbotsford close to my home to replace a battery on May 2. The Omega Watch expert found that the watch ws badly damaged. He wrote a letter saying " to open this watch somebody used chisel and hammer resulting in damage to the case, case back and case back gasket. Battery strap and battery strap screw were missing. The watch had humidity inside because of the damaged case back and case back gasket." The expect ordered the parts from Switzerland and fixed it by my order. It costs $800 plus tax. I sent all information to Don Victor Jewellers and asked them to pay so that I could have my watch. I talked to Raul, but he denied what he had done.
