              I stayed in a room and there were rats keeping me up all night. They came from the top of the fridge. I did not know that rats had been using the fridge as walkway, and I touched where they were and ate food after. I have pictures of a high amount of dropping in the cabin. The rats got into food I had bought that day. I have been seeking reimbursement, but nobody answers my calls. They said they would give me back $25, but they never did. That amount is also low considering the health concerns. The manager is unhelpful, when I have called, he says it's his day off. But as a manager, you are always on call. That's why they are salaried. Also the owner seems to be a complete slumlord. Nasty woman who just wants to make money while putting guests in harm's way. The entire complex also reeked of gasoline for some reason. The floors were covered with dirt. The bed was full of sediment. It was so gross, I hope I did not contract some sort of disease from staying at this horrid lodge.

              Pretty damn awful. And slightly criminal as well. Their smoking policy is dubiously explained and if you get caught smoking outside there's a $200 fine. The manager was rude and dismissive as I asked her not to idle her large truck just in front of me in the main forecourt. After a couple of back and forths she told me: " walk away or I call the cops ." These people should definitely be banned from running any hospitality venue. Avoid.
