    Date of transaction was March 23, ************************************************************************************ where I paid watts up electronics $645 and the delivery was never completed for the delivery of a boat. Unfortunately, the delivery process was marred by significant issues that have hindered our ability to complete the transaction successfully.The primary issue that arose during the delivery process was the use of an incorrectly sized trailer, which ultimately rendered the completion of the transaction unfeasible. As a result of these circumstances, I am left with no choice but to request a refund for the majority of the funds paid.I understand and appreciate the time and effort the team invested in this endeavor, and I am willing to compensate you for your time with an additional $150 to account for the inconvenience caused. Therefore, I respectfully request a refund of $450 to be issued to me in order to resolve this matter amicably.I am eager to bring a swift resolution to this issue and I trust that you will handle this matter with the urgency it deserves.I appreciate your understanding and willingness to address this situation. However, after careful consideration, I have decided not to pursue further services from your company.Furthermore, I kindly insist that you discontinue any further attempts to complete the transaction and refrain from any additional involvement with my boat. It is imperative to reiterate that the failure of the transaction was primarily due to errors on your end, including the driver's acknowledgment of faulty brakes and the selection of an unsuitable trailer.I expect a prompt response regarding the resolution of this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue and I am hopeful that we can reach a satisfactory resolution swiftly.
