In September of 2021, I connected with ***** ******* at Cosmetic Packaging Resources (CPR) after finding her company via a Google search. I wanted to purchase custom squeeze tubes. She said she would be able to deliver within 3 weeks. After several emails back and forth we agreed on 15,000 units of 1 oz squeeze tubes. I received a sales order from her firm for 15,000 units on October 7th, and a request for a deposit which I paid. 24 hours after I placed the deposit Ms. ******* sends me a voice message saying she can no longer deliver the full amount of tubes, which I had just paid a deposit on. Instead she could only deliver 10,000. Although, I was very upset at the loss of the original order, I asked her if I could send 5,000 tubes from another supplier to increase my order back to 15,000 so that I could get the custom tubes printed. She agreed that would be fine. I ordered from another company and shipped the tubes to her location so they could be custom printed. Despite the fact that the sales order stated the shipment would be ready to ship on Oct 28th, she went back on her word a second time and pushed my order for shipment on November 10th.  When my order arrived on December 1, two cases were missing. Ms. ******* intentionally shorted my order by 3,520 units for no reason.  CPR has gaslighted me, misled, lied to me consistently throughout my entire experience with them. Now they have stolen 3,520 tubes from me. They need to resolve this issue immediately.
