In May if 2023,********************** approved me for Staples Energy Program, its the end of September and no response from Staples Energy. *************************************Review from randy P.

My hot water heater was leaking gas so pg&e came and said it needs to be fixed staples energy will come out and repair or replace it so they come out a week later and said they couldn’t do anything because I was in the process of remodeling my living room with is on the other side of the house they said someone else will come out the next day 2 different employees come the next day didn’t even bother looking at my hot water heater they were looking at my heater witch nothing was wrong with it but said there was and would come back the next day with the part later the next day I get a phone call from staples energy saying we were denied the care program because I was remodeling ska upgrading my living room a couple weeks later I ran into one of the first employee that came and look at my hot water heater and said he was embarrassed working for this company the lies and story’s the tell people he said the company makes more money inspecting than replacing peoples needs also Maria R**** is the most rudest minority I’ve ever spoke to
