Complaint: Carpet was not Cleaned Heavens Best cleaned my rental carpet approximately four weeks ago. I paid their bill in cash ($180.00) but the carpet didn't seem clean. My wife and I cleaned it again about two weeks ago with our carpet machine and we got 15 gallons of muddy dirty water from the carpet. If we had only got a little dirt out we would be satisfied but that wasn't the case. Nobody stayed there during the two week gap from them to us. I should not have to pay for a poor cleaning job. I'm asking for a refund.
Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of the $180.00 I paid.
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2013/12/17) */ We did go back on Friday 29th sometime. **** spoke to the man and looked at the carpet. It doesn't look any different than how we left it. Any dirt that they pulled up was from them over saturating the carpet with water. **** refused to return his money. The carpets were clean and they had signed off on them after we were done cleaning them. He was told he wasn't getting his money back. ******* ***** Office manager Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2013/12/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They never met with me after the initial cleaning. I should not have to pay for such a poor job. I recommend that no one use this service.
