    On 05/25/23 I purchased my first car, a 2018 nissan sentra from Temecula Nissan; financed by LBS Financial for $20,498.14. The day of purchase I said I didn't want anything additional and explicitly stated I did not want warranties. Upon signing the final papers, I once again asked if there was anything additional/optional placed on and they said no. The following week on 05/31/23 I went in person to meet with *************************, the financial manager who completed my contract, to cancel the 2 warranties that were placed on the contract without my consent. I signed a request form. Over the next 2 months I emailed with ****** since 7/11/23 on updates of the reimbursement and also asking for a copy of the cancellation request form. This back and forth continued until 9/18/23 when I said I would be coming in person to collect the form (which he never sent.) I hadn't gone in all those months because I had moved to ************ for college. I called Nissan corporate and the third party warranty provider to see if his claims were true over the months (that the warranties were cancelled.) Both said they had never received a request all those months. I visited Temecula Nissan on 9/22/23 and finally got the copy of my cancellation request and confronted ******. He kept lying to me that it was canceled. About a week later I was contacted by ***************************, a different manager who finally canceled the warranties and got me my refund which was disbursed on 10/10/23 ($5,000.) I was never reimbursed for the calculated interest I spent on the original loan amount for all those months. On 12/8/23 I took my car to Hayward Nissan and was told I would need a CVT replacement for an est. $6,815.18. When I purchased the car it was not disclosed to me that 2018-2021 Nissans were known to have CVT issues. As a young, first time buyer I feel nothing but constant deception. I'm in college and need a commute car. I can't afford this replacement on top of $13,322 I still owe.

    Temecula Nissans GM ****** called another Nissan employee a F*ing idiot in front of staff and customers, including myself. He was angry that I had just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Riverside (great staff) and was meeting a (Nissan scheduled) windshield repairman at the Temecula location so I didnt have to drive as far. He refused to acknowledge me or even look at me but spoke loudly 4 feet from me in the service office (open door) about the whole situation and how they were not going to have anything to do with helping me. This was Nissans responsibility to fix. The rain had prevented them from fixing the crack prior to delivery. However, the Temecula GM ****** has zero customer service skills when money is not being exchanged. After several previous phone calls and an appointment to have it fixed that day I was still turned away, shunned and refused service. This is why I previously walked off their lot and bought a Nissan elsewhere. 4 years ago I had picked one out, agreed to buy it and they drove up a completely different car after I finished the financing saying the other one was sold!! Manipulative, dishonest, and terrible customer service.
