I was charge for overprice vin etching 1495$ and 3m etch guard for another 1495$ its clearly unjustifiable and realized that vin etching was not done in the car called them up and was told there were photos that it was place in the car and they blaming it on me that it magically disappear and i dont see any reason to do that told them that i would bring the car to inspect and they still try to put the blame on me like telling me i made all the vin etch magically disappear this place need an investigation!! Also i was asking to cancel the reviver plate and gap insurance cancellation but they dont do a thing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SHADY ASF dealership!! They make *********************** in ******* look like the greatest car salesman on the planet!!! I should've known from the moment they strong-armed us into posting a 5 star review on Yelp for some sort of discount!! Not to mention the slew of horrible ratings and reviews they have! Months after my purchase my alternator goes out, then I come to find out the battery they sold me with the truck wasn't even the proper size for my vehicle!! They've had my truck for over a week now telling me each passing day it's going to be done and of course IT'S NOT!! They don't bother to call and give updates, when I call them they NEVER answer and they never call back when you leave messages for them to call back they don't!! Now for the worst part, they DENT and SCRATCH UP my truck while it's in their possession to fix a simple alternator!!! I still have yet to get it back from them but they are claiming to have fixed it but how can I believe anything that comes out of their lying mouths anymore?!?! For all I know they probably replaced it with an aftermarket part that won't allow my sensors there to work anymore and if that's what they did, L.A.W.S.U.I.T.!! PLEASE stay tf away from this place and go to a GOOD, CREDIBLE dealership!!!!P.S. when we signed the contract of purchase, there was several cosmetic repairs they needed to fix and never did. They're claiming my warranty ran out even tho it's in the contract in writing that I have 3 years to have it fixed! And my car salesman ******* just gave me the keys afterwards, no handshake, no thank you, no goodbye, no nothing! Just walked away. SHADY FKN PLACE! I don't understand how they haven't been investigated and shut down!!!

this place is unbelievably pieces of shi*. purchase a vehicle for $64,900 before texting license My tradings equal ****** tax and license 10%. I'll even Roundup for their made up dealership fees call it ***** or even $7,500 which equals ****** for the car out the door should be right so my balance for the loan would be $3,700 please tell me how in the world my balance with the lender upon leaving the dealership was $18,800 that's an insane amount of roughly a 500% increase this place is unbelievably piece of shi*I'm surprised they even have a derating on BBB that is very surprising that they were actually able to accomplish anything but an f or not accredited at all makes me believe it's the one or two positive reviews are obviously manufactured they literally fuc* over everyone that comes to that door

They sold me a lemon! It had structural damage. Coming to find out when I tried to trade in the truck for another one in another dealer 2 years later.

I was interested in a truck at pacific auto group and decided to go look at it when I went to the dealership they shows me the truck that wouldn’t start!! When he put the key in the ignition it was just clicking. It’s obviously a dead battery so I asked them to go put a new battery in it but they said the battery was fine. I told them the truck must have other mechanical issues then and the salesman got an attitude with me. I would stay clear of this place bad trucks and bad service!!!!

I talked to the finance company before I went to this lot and they were ok with my $10,000 down payment for a van I wanted to purchase, but these crooks came back with a offer for $12,000 down payment and when I told them I only had $10,000 they came back with $11,000 down payment or we have no deal. LOL so I walked out and also they were trying to charge me $550 for the registration of the vehicle and I know for sure the registration was about $330 as I had paid on the van I was replacing earlier this year. I do not recommend dealing with these crooks and as you can tell by their customer review rating a lot of people agree with me.

I came to this dealership from Las Vegas to picked up a 2017 cheverlot 3500 November 26th and December 9th literally 13 days after I was driving the truck engine light comes on I called them back they told me to take it to the closest GMC or Cheverlot dealership to diagnose it come to find out the def tank was leaking that it corroded the harness and the module that's connected to the def tank and the particulate filter was heavily damaged that's 5k in damages I have to figure out and when I got the truck I put down 14k. The managers are using every excuse in the book to avoid the situation. Avoid this place at all cost.

Pacific Auto Center stated that they would not honor a contract only a month after my car was purchased. I gave them numerous chances to do the right thing to which they continued to refuse. they tried to misrepresent the terms of the contract to manipulate the contract. They blatantly tried to hide major issues on a vehicle regarding emissions and sell the vehicle.

Let me start out by saying the sales team were great to work with, was treated very well there. The issue unfortunately came with the reliability of the vehicle that was sold by them. My girlfriend and I flew in from out of state to purchase a 2015 Audi A3 2.0T Quattro from them with 31k miles. We originally planned on another car but when we got there, we immediately noticed it was wrapped white and in horrible condition. We found another white A3 that she liked and she fell in love with it. We test drove the car, no issues, drove like a dream. We decided to buy it. (Granted they slapped on about 10k extra dollars of stuff we didn't need, but didn't realize till later.) Well drove 20min back to our hotel and than went to dinner that night. On or way to dinner the low oil light came on. I have been around VW/Audi for years and know that is not a good sign. I called the dealership and spoke to the salesman and he ran through the typical (Just reset it BS) well I told him they need to fix the issue. So the following morning we took it back and they took it to their mechanic. 8 hours later, they bring it back and said the upper timing chain was leaking and the oil pan was leaking. We were informed that it was fixed and good to go. Well we drove it 600 miles back home. About a week later and maybe 30 miles put on the car again low oil light. I check the dipstick and sure enough it's dry. I add a quart in and call the dealer telling them they issue is not fixed and they need to fix the car because we just spent 30k dollars on a lemon. He said I could drive it back to them and they would fill it up with oil and see what happens. I assured him I did and there is a bigger issue going on. Jump forward now to almost 6 months with the car, we have had constant oil consumption issues, we can go maybe 200 miles before we need to add a quart of oil. And upper timing chain and oil pan still has leaking. I am not sure if work was even done TBH. We are very upset with how we were treated when this car is a lemon and they won't do anything to help. We would take this car back in a heartbeat and never deal with them again.

I bought a van from this place a year ago. The price was around 18k when I got there the price was an additional 2k for add ons. That should have been advertised in the listing. This seems like bate and switch to me. Then they set me up with ally financial another horrible company. This place is a joke.
