This dealerships service department is an absolute scam. I brought my 2017 Honda Civic in due to a recalls on AC Compressor Shaft. Jonathan informed me that my car qualified under the recall and that they would replace it for free if they found it was the issue. Well it turns out my AC compressor shaft was fine and did not need replacement. When I came to pick my car up I was charged $299.95 for nothing. I was charged for bringing my car in for a recall notice. Steer clear of this scam establishment !Review from Tewodros T

This dealership advertised prices to bring the traffic to the door. Never trust their deals. They don’t even apologize for their actions after they made you drive to their dealership. I have never expected this from a big company like Honda North. It is shame. It is disappointing to do business with them.Review from Youa Y.

I took my car in for recall on the paint chipping, on Sept 16 they told me it would be 3 weeks and they do not provide loaner cars. It has been over a month and on Tuesday Oct 19th they said They will provide me with the next loaner car available today is Thursday and was told maybe tomorrow Friday my car will be ready. I asked about the loaner they had told me about on Tuesday and they said (I’m on a list since Tuesday). I can agree it’s out of their control because the Fresno Body Shop has my car, This terrible service they should provide me with a loaner nowReview from Rod F

Professional, fair and reasonable. Jeffery, Elliot and Travis made buying a car for my granddaughter pleasant. In this high demand, low inventory market, other dealers are ripping into the customers pocket with misrepresentation of MRSP and dealer over charge of $4000 to $5000. No high pressure nonsense. Fair value.
