    I brought my car in for a factory recall and while my car was there while they were moving my car via a fork lift it fell off the fork lift. This caused serious damage to my car. They said they fixed it but since then Ive had numerous mechanical and electrical problems. Also visibly there is frame or unibody damage because the doors, hood etc do not line up properly. Now I am having electrical issues and problems with it going in gear. They refuse to help me with this matter and continue to be rude and dismiss me. I believe the damage they caused is enough for me to be given a new car. I have recently lost my husband and am grieving and am unable to mentally and emotionally deal with this situation and the blatant rudeness and disregard that the service manager, owner and all parties responsible have shown me concerning this matter. Please help

    After horrible experience buying dream truck (2021 trailboss) in Dec of 2020,I vowed to never buy a vehicle from them again.took the gamble "lifter issue" and lost.At 27k miles my 6.2 lifter went out, still under warranty I contact Hedricks and assigned to service rep 'Logan'.He gave me an appt for the following week.I have my truck towed to the service department on 7/3 a call from Logan that he got the truck and will get tech started on it. 7/4 call from Logan that motor needs replaced, will be 2 week min. I asked for a loaner vehicle & he stated he would put me on list as they did not have any.7 days later reach out for update on truck & loaner vehicle. Logan said may have a vehicle for me,and truck would be week and a half to completion.pick up loaner on 7/12,on 7/14 receive call that truck is done.Amazed,I call & ask if I could pick up the following day. Logan said yes. I ask him what the warranty on the new motor was, he stated 36k month( which is false) small print receipt states 24 month. arrive Saturday to pick up truck & greeted with sign here,call sericev dept on Monday if you have any questions or concerns.do a quick walk around by melf and don't see anything standing out besides a bunch of greases all over my front fenders.(clearly don't care about your asset) get home and deeper look and find I have scratches on my front bumper from tech standing on it, & felt liner in the wheel well did not get put back together properly causing to flap back and get shredded by tire. reached out to Logan the Monday as I was instructed.Logan replied they did not touch the front part of liner only the rear part. And they would not replace it,went on to give quote for $500 to replace it.Logan would not acknowledge the scratches or grease. I offered to cut & polish bumper & remove grease if they would replace the liner, response "we didnt touch it" I WAS happy to get the truck back in 12 days,after seeing craftsmanship & ownership of work,I'm worried I got a lemon back.
