My experience with this dealership was awful. My Buick side view mirror was broken and the handle on the driver's side was chipping. I made an appointment to go to the service dept. When I got there a service advisor came out, looked at the mirror, and said we need to order the part. We will call you in a week when we get the part, also the handle was covered under warranty. The advisor then waved us off to go around the building and leave. He did not have anyone look at the mirror or the handle which we thought was strange. We did not get a service order, nothing. We never heard back so I called and after being transferred three times and telling my story three times I was stonewalled. They had no record of us coming in on the date of our appointment and no parts were ever ordered. The girl on the phone said she would check if the part was even ordered and call me back. well never heard from her. I called the manager David and left a VM as he was "not in the office". Never heard back. called the next day and again he was not in the office, never heard a word. This is undeniably the worst experience I have had with any dealership. I have bought two cars with this company, and I will never ever go there again. They should be ashamed. I am sure all their 5-star reviews are fake but who knows. I will tell everyone where I live to never buy a car there again. They came recommended by someone and that someone had told many of his friends. Word of mouth is the best advertisement which should tell you how it will go with this word of mouth. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, so it is public. We went to another dealership, and they were wonderful.
