    I took my vehicle to Clovis Volkswagen in Clovis California in early January 2022 for a preventative maintenance timing chain repair. The mechanic removed the engine from my vehicle and took It apart. I received my vehicle in April 2022. I brought the vehicle home and had it for approximately 1 month when a service engine light illuminated on my instrument cluster. I contacted the mechanic and informed him of the service engine light and he advised to return the vehicle to the shop. I then returned the vehicle to the repair shop due to the service engine light. Approximately 2 months later the mechanic contacted me and said I needed a new engine and they can’t do anything so I need to pick it up. I went and got my vehicle and brought it home. Note: The May 2022 paper work (when the car was returned to the shop for the service engine light) notes an oil leak and does not note the service engine light issue. It’s now non-drivable, and the same service engine light remains. I had no issues or service engine lights prior to the engine being removed from my vehicle and my vehicle was in perfect operating condition. I am able to provide more information upon request to support my claim. Thank you.

    Zero integrity at this dealership from the bottom to the very top. Our salesman was Cornelius and the general manager Carl was very active on this possible sale as well. We negotiated a price and I told them that we live 3 hours away and asked if they would hold the car once we were on the way and even offered to give them a credit card to hold the car. The said that there was no need for a credit card They would just hold it for us and to just let them know when we were headed their way and they would hold the car. The next morning we let not only Cornelius know but let Carl ( general Manager ) know that we were on the way so that they could hold the car as agreed upon the night before. We got well over half way there and the phone rang. Cornelius explains to me that the car just fold, not sorry the car just sold. Simply the car sold! REALLY!! Zero integrity from the low level unprofessional salesman to the top,
