    I give 300 of deposit to Juan Noriega who works for this Appliance. Because my refrigerador was shutting down.They didn’t nothing. When I call to a lady Alma she said she was going to give me my money back by Zelle. Was on Friday July 15, 2022. She doesn’t send anything. Juan Noriega never answer the phone. He call LG to have a new compresor for me but LG doesn’t send because he is not authorized by LG. They don’t let me know and make wait for 2 weeks.

    If I can put 0 star I will, call to need my fridge fixed and technician Juan show up, he charged the diagnostic for $75, after looking my fridge he says it need iced maker and water filter replacement, he came back two days later replaced both iced maker and water filter for $435, it working for a few days, stopped working again. Call him back it take him a week to come over, after fix a bit the fridge working for a couple days then stopped working again. Call him back on the rainy day and he say got Covid be there by next week, a week went by he doesn’t come an another week later, he call says was busy working somewhere else, coming tomorrow, but still not come. He told me unplugged my fridge and all of my foods went bad, I’m very upset let him known ether if he’s not coming the end of the day today, I’ll call his boss and sue him, he replied “You do whatever you want”. What kind of the business it’s ? Doesn’t care the customers and never says sorry I can’t come or even apologize? My boyfriend call talking to him nicely please come tomorrow otherwise he talk to his boss, he replied “ I am the boss”. Wow….I hope my reviews went viral on public so peoples can see and choose the service correctly. It’s not good ! Please read be carefully, this is a Red Flag business. Soon they take your money and says it have 90 days warranty then they let you hang in there…
