              Requested service for a washing machine that was not draining. Technician made the wrong diagnosis and replaced a rubber seal causing the door to not close properly due to using the wrong part. Charged $561 which is the cost of a new machine and left without testing the machine. As machine was still not draining water another technician arrived a week later and diagnosed a faulty motherboard costing more than $600. Repair was declined this time. Subsequently after doing a search online I realised it could be a clogged filter issue and this is exactly what the problem was. Once filter was cleaned and obstructing removed machine worked like new again.The company employs either dishonest technicians who are encouraged to charge clients for expansive and unnecessary parts or worse, company employs incompetent technicians who have no clue.
