Big builders is a poor contact business. They came out to our home put a roof on our house. One week later we had leaks all throughout the roof of our home they did not do good service or their due diligence. I just found out that they have multiple bad reviews in reference to their business. We’ve asked some time and time to come out and fix the leak issues they try to blame it on our air conditioner. They messed with our air conditioner when they were putting the roof on our house. They work with other people in the air-conditioning industry, in which they do favors for each other. It’s all about money to them. It’s not about professionalism. We tried to reach out to them several times to come and fix the issues they tried painting the roofs to cover the leakage spots on the ceilings in our house . We had to call them back two weeks later because there was four more leak spots throughout the house. One of the workers threw a 2 x 4 through the roof of our garage on the inside when they took the old roof off. I asked what happened in reference to that matter, the kid said oh that was an accident. How can a 2 x 4 cut in half be dropped through a roof, cause a major hole? He had a bad attitude and what it was,he took it out on our home. We tried to reach out to Ygrene and big builders which is the same company, to come and fix the issues and we gave him the option to do so to make it right. They did not Cécile their due diligence with professionalism and they conducted their attitudes of their business in which they should be reprimanded. In all actuality they took advantage of a homeowner for multiple homeowners I’m seeing per each review and ran with the money. This company should not be in business.
