Complaint: THEY CHARGE MY CARD THEY HAD IN FILE **** NOT PERFORMING ANY SERVICE THEY OFFER THEY WILL DO IT. THEY DIDN'T DO IT BUT THEY CHARGE ME FOR IT.
ON JANUARY 7, 13 ANIMAL EXPERTS INPECT A RENTAL PROPERTY I HAVE, THEY GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR ******* FOR A TWO WEEKS SERVICE ENDING JANAURY 21, 13 AND SPREAD THE TREATMENT FOR MICE. I HAD DONE BUSINEES WITH THEM BEFORE AND I HAD A GOOD EXPIRENCE SO HE SAID WE WILL MEET WITH ME LATER THAT WEEK TO GIVE ME AN INVOICE AND SING SOME PAPPERS BUT HE NEVER CALL ME BACK AND NEVER COME BACK TO THE PROPERTY TO CHECK ANY TRAPING OR PERFORM ANY TRAPPING BUT HE DID CHARGE MY CARD THAT HE HAD ON FILE FOR LAST TIME SERVICE IN SEPTEMBER FOR 389.00. THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE TWO WEEK EXPIRE I CALL HIM AND LET HIM KNOW THAT MY RENTER HAD TOLD ME THAT NOBODY HAD COME TO HOUSE BACK AND THAT THEY STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM SO I CALL ANIMAL EXPERTS AND HE SAID HE WAS GIVING IN SOME MORE TIME ....BLA BLA BLA BUT HE WAS GOING TO BE THERE ON MONDAY AFTERNOON. I SET UP THAT WITH THE RENTER BUT ANIMAL CONTROL EXPERT CALL ME AROUND 11:00 AM SAYING HE WAS GOING TO BE THERE SOON BUT WHEN I CALL MY RENTER THEY SAY NOBODY WAS THERE BECAUSE YOU TOLD US HE WAS GOING TO BE THERE IN THE AFTERNOON. SO I CALL BACK IMMIDATLY***** FROM ANIMAL EXPERST AND LET HE KNOW AND HE SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK LATER THAT DAY TO RESCHEDULE. THIS IS THE DAY THREE DAYS AFTER HE HASN'T CALL . I HAD TO CALL THE THE MAIN OFFICE TALK TO ****** SHE SAID ********** WILL CALL IN 15 MINUTES AND WE ALSO CALL **** AND LET HIM KNOW WE ARE CALL OUR BANK. I DIDN'T HAVE ONE CALL FOR HIM I HAVE TO BE CALLING AND THAT ITS NOT A GOOD SERVICE. I NOW I HAVE CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE JOB THEY NEVER DID

Unfortunately our employee did not accurately document this customer and therefore no service was provided other than the initial service performed on 01/07/13. We are extremely apologetic to Ms for our failures in this manner. We do not operate this way and it is unfortunate that sometimes our employees make a mistake in the field that puts a negative light on the company as a whole. Ms ********* has disputed her credit card charges with her credit card company in the amount of ****. Animal Control Experts will not dispute this and the full amount will be credited back to her credit card. Again, we can only apologize and be more diligent with our employees in how they handle their customers and documenting future appointments in their Day Planner as well as communication with the property owners in the future.

Complaint Resolution: Company resolved the complaint issues. The consumer acknowledged acceptance to BBB.
