            I have a leaking roof. I went through my home warranty ****) and they sent out Big Tom’s Roofing. The home warranty only covers a certain amt. Big Tom told me I needed more work done than *** was willing to cover and I would have year warranty if I had the extra work done and paid the extra money. I agreed and paid. After the work was done, It was still leaking and I called. They attempted to fix it each time. This occurs a few times more. In June was the last time someone came out and attempted to fix. Since then, I’ve left messages, no response.almost 3mo and they have not responded. My roof is still leaking. Ive called several times a week and no response**** is willing to send out another company after I pay 100 dollars but I paid extra for extra work with a 1 year warranty and my leak is not fix. I want my 500 dollars back .They were always professional and respectful. Now I can’t get a call back from them. I’m getting water damage in my wall and most likely mold.

            last year we had a number of shingles fall off our roof because of a wind storm. Later found out we needed our roof replaced. Someone recommended me Big Toms Roofing and I contacted them. they came out did the inspection. we set the date for the roof and the guys came out and completed the roof. Unfortunately we do not have a high enough latter to get on top of the roof. I wish we did though because know we are in a situation were we cant afford another roof since we are currently still paying on this one. This year we had a guy come out to clean the gutters and he said the roof is soft in spots and Big Toms Roofing company didn't replace the under boards. some spots are very scary to step on the guy said. I was very upset and frustrated and called Big Toms Roofing in hopes they are still open but I don't believe they are. we will now have to replace our roof again. I trusted big Tim's roofing to keep my Family Safe. I'm very disappointed and want this fixed!!
