These reviews are fixed. They have to be. this was the most horrifying experience we had with any contractor. Run as fast as U can away from these mean and unprofessional idiots. 2020 hail storm and my husband finds these guys in a gas station parking lot handing out cards. They came over and the roof was done in 45 minutes. Hmm that was just too fast. I was listening to scammer The supervisor was explaining to his worker (through the door) that it’s about “quantity not quality”. And then starting laughing. I could not believe what I heard. After they left i went across the street and turned around to look at the roof and I instantly started crying. My husband has other roofers over and they agreed that it was a “****” job. We tried to get them to nail down certain areas and to stop the leak on the back. Nope and then huge arguments and then they called police because we kept half the money until the job was completed. They then threatened a lien. They also started laughing and said “haha” take us to court!” Also, degraded me by saying I was a lonely housewife. Really? I run a customer service business for 25 years. Never dealt with anything like this. Horrifying experience. I am now filing a complaint with the better business. I will also get our attorney now since we have the cash. I have pictures of this roof if anyone would like to see them. I am trying to help others so they don’t have to go thru the same bad experience.
